Observator's R&D department will develop and maintain the majority of the products and systems we supply. For specific instrumentation we rely on our partners, located all around the world. Observator is a distributer and agent in the Netherlands, the Benelux and Europe for many well known, high quality branches.
Observator products and systems are sold worldwide through her distributor's network. First line after sales and service will be available through these distributor partners. Observator will maintain a well trained and equipped after sales and service staff if extra support is requested.
Observator will be able to produce the key components of her products in house or in close cooperation with her preferred partners.
